At CoZzz, we proudly operate on a slow, intentional production model. Many of our products are offered on a pre-order only basis so we can: Reduce waste, Avoid overproduction, Deliver you the freshest, just-for-you bedding straight from our maker’s hands to your sanctuary

📅 How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders open on the 1st of each month and remain open for 2 weeks. All pre-orders are custom batched and shipped in approximately 6–8 weeks.  This allows us to produce in smaller, more intentional runs, shortening turnaround times while ensuring every piece meets our high standards.

⏰ 24-Hour Grace Period

We get it, sometimes you change your mind! That’s why we offer a 24-hour cancellation window: Cancel within 24 hours of placing your pre-order for a full refund After 24 hours, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled, as your items are already flagged for production

Once Your Order Arrives

Once your pre-order arrives at your door: You’re still covered by our 60-Night Sleep Trial (for first-time customers) Or, our standard 14-day returns on unopened, unused items depending on the product. Please check each product listing or our Returns Policy for full details.
